Description 1975 Jensen Interceptor MK 111

1975 Jensen Interceptor
MK 111
Wonderful Restoration
Opportunity
The Ultimate Luxury Car
of The 70`s…
I`m not going to harp on
too much about the history and status of these wonderful motor vehicles as I
assume by the very fact that you are reading this listing then you are fully
conversed with this particular marque.
Whether you`re fully up
to speed or not I`m sure you`re fully aware that a fully restored prime example
can command a figure well in excess of £80,000, and I have seen example
exceeding £100,000….!!!
Needless to say prices
are still very much on the rise..
This must make this the
perfect opportunity for someone to restore one of these fabulous iconic legends
back to their own personal specification, condition and satisfaction at a
fraction of its true potential value, hence making for a truly wonderful
investment opportunity whilst enjoying a very rare and beautiful piece of
motoring history.
I`m sure you`re already
sensibly aware that it is indeed very difficult to comprehensively describe a
car of this nature as to what it may, or may not need to bring her back to her full
glory. So to save on any ambiguous questions/answers just take her as a full
restoration and anything less is to your advantage. In fact just to cover one`s-self
from the pedantic amongst us I am going to use the term `spares or repair` as a
fact of sale...
This car was up and
running many years ago, it was driven into storage with the intention of doing
a light restoration (at the time), and there it remained for many years until
recently taken out for the purpose of this sale. She has obviously suffered due
to this time in storage.
No examination of the car
has been made so please feel free to ask any specific question(s) you may have
and I will do my best to see if I can help you with your concerns.
Car is predominately
complete but obviously expect lots of welding, putting back together, painting, making good,
refurbishing and all round mechanical/servicing to be required. After that it`s
up to you how far you go as to what you want the finished article to look like.
And obviously the car does not start or drive and I haven`t attempted to
either.
I have researched prices
and I have set the reserve at what I believe to be well below the current
market value for this car, especially considering what they are advertised for
on this very site (even ones for restoration @ £14,995). I have done this to entice
a hassle free sale.  I repeat, `a hassle
free sale`…   By this I mean, pay the
deposit within the time frame, pay the balance on collection, and all with no
dramas or excuses in between.  Please
make that as simple as it sounds..!!!
So there you have it
guys, a wonderful opportunity to restore and own a beautiful rare car, with the
potential to return you a huge profit on your investment and time.
Any specific questions
you may have please feel free to ask and I will do my best to answer honestly
and to the best of my knowledge but please note: I am neither a mechanic nor
panel beater!
I`m sure I`ve missed
loads so please feel free to fire away with your `genuine` questions!!!
PLEASE
NOTE:
Winning bidder to pay
£500 non-refundable deposit via Paypal within 24 hrs of auction end!! Deposit `MUST` be paid PRIOR to collection!! This request is purely to deter the
day-trippers, hagglers, re-negotiators and winning bidders who feel by their
winning of the auction just puts them in the privileged position of having
first refusal with the `option` to buy!!
Obviously a huge apology
goes out to all you genuine eBayers who appreciate, understand and follow the
correct ethics of the auction, but as like me I`m sure you`ve had similar
frustrations and fully understand the need for my plea..
