Description 1972 BMW 3-Series

Hello and Thanks for looking!
This is our 1972 BMW 3.0 CSI we have had since 1995. We purchased the car in Marin, CA and drove daily until 2002. We then gave the car to a family member to restore. He was unable to complete the project and so we are now selling it.
Here is what we know for sure:-Much of the rust around the rocker panels and wheel wells was sectioned and replaced with new metal. These cars are notorious for rust. We can not guarantee that there is not some hidden rust on the car. Please see photos. -The car has its original, numbers matching engine. The ECU is in-op due to intermittent injector fire. We were unable to find an ECU for the car. So beyond that we can not speak of any other issues that may exist in the engine at this time. The car has not been driven in 5 years. Car does not run.-Car has no radio.-Needs two trunk panels that cover gas tank and spare tire.-Needs rocker panel pieces.-We have some repair receipts from prior owner as well as some of our own.Car Includes the following:-Wooden Momo Steering Wheel- Bilstein gas shocks and lowering springs. -Has updated 3.5 fan clutch and water pump.-Custom exhaust from headers to tailpipe, done by previous owner, no specifics.-Rebuilt correct fuel pump installed with new fuel lines June 2014.-New battery as of June 2014.-We have extra set of front brake rotors.- Brand new Kumho Sense tires on the car June 2014,  195/70;  H rated  They have 0 miles.-We purchased and never installed several accessories, including:             -Complete Carpet kit including trunk in the correct German  Loop carpet to match interior cost $1100             -New leather shift boot cost $75             -40 plastic clips to re-attach the trim pieces             -Plastic inserts for both door handles
As many of the parts are not where they should be due to the discontinued restoration project here is an inventory of what we have now:-All 4 hubcaps- car has original wheels as well-Side indicator lenses and assembly.-All exterior chrome moldings and bumpers.-Original steering wheel-Rocker door strips-inside-2 front headlight grills-Kidney front grill - has a dent-Armrests -Door panels, previous owner put speakers in the doors and cut holes in the panels, should probably be replaced.-Window chrome front and rear-Extra heater/ blower fan-Ashtrays-Windshield wiper arms-Spare tire and Alloy are original-Front BMW badge-Panel that goes under steering wheel-vinyl
What we do not know:-Possible rust-Window motors have been intermittent and no way to test if they work or not-other potential engine problems.
