AC Cobra 427 For Sale

For sale is my 1970 Unique Autocraft Python Roadster 427 AC Cobra Replica.

I have owned this car for 18 years and am selling it to fund a new project. It has been extremely well looked after and had no expense spared on it.

Over the years I have customised the car to keep it looking as classic and as close to an original looking 427 as I can. Everything on the car is correct and there's been many a time at shows I've seen people tapping the body wondering if its an original.

It sits on  Jaguar running gear all round with replica Halibrand wheels finished in British Racing Green with green carpets and over-mats embossed with the cobra emblem. The seats and dash are trimmed in brown tan leather with 4 point harness seatbelts, it has a Mota-lita wooden steering wheel and all round Smiths gauges set in the dash with bakelite engraved push-pull switches.

Under the bonnet is a Small block Chevrolet 350 5.7 litre engine dressed with polished Edelbrock air-filter and rocker covers and a Holley 4 barrel carb. It has a manual Muncie 4 speed (Rockcrusher) gearbox and wrapped exhausts.

It comes with full wet weather gear, a split tonneau cover embossed with the cobra emblem behind the drivers head where the rollover bar sits. It will also come with a hard-top that I had made to fit but, this will need finishing and trimming.

The car looks stunning, sounds beautiful and drives like a dream. Turns heads wherever you go.
