'81 GS650 Katana fully customised as a cafe racer. Frame stripped back, detagged and powder coated, weight reduction of 14 kg.
Wheels and swing arm powdercoated.
Engine stripped back and painted, new rings and gaskets, total of 26k since new.
Shaft drive so no chain problems.
All brakes dismantled and seals replaced, new pads, new GSXR750 master cylinder and braided brake lines.
Fork seals replaced along with dust boots and new rear shocks.
New tyres front and rear
New lithium battery
4 into 1 wrapped exhaust, carbs with pod filters and Dynajet jet system.
Tank replaced with GS650E tank (looks better) tank and guards professionly painted by 'The Paint Doctor' in Maryborough
New guages
New switch modules
Top triple clamp cut down and polished along with engine side covers.
Lots of spares from original bike.
May have forgotten other work, but Black Betty runs great and no expense has been spared to get it to this position. Selling to make room to start on a new project bike.
