Holden Torana LX SL/R.


Reluctant sale to fund resto on an SS hatch - very reasonable reserve. Genuine V8 LX SL/R (originally a 253 4 speed) turned into an awesome looking L34 replica. All tags and chassis numbers match.


Car is in excellent condition. Originally Cotillion White, professionally two pack resprayed in Barbados Green that looks stunning on the road. 


Bodywork is exceptional, no rust except for very small rear guards behind rear wheel (barely noticeable) and perfectly straight.  Paint is excellent, a few small scratches but not really able to be seen.


Mechanically is great, strong 308 that runs perfectly and goes hard. Not sure if its the original engine or not! Gilmer drive, extractors, new exhaust system. Has original 4 speed box that isn't noisy and rest of drivetrain is excellent. Sounds great without being too loud. Doesn't overheat even in summer, has big radiator plus thermo fans. Brakes, steering etc all very good but could do with a wheel alignment. Nice looking Centerlines and tyres don't scrub on guards.


Interior almost fully restored. Brand new carpets and front seats recently professionally retrimmed in correct SL/R vinyl. Door trims are good but front trims have been cut for small speakers. Rear seat very good except for one small trim hole. Dash, console etc look great but speedo needs adjustment and tacho not currently working.
