 This is my 7th personal build with Taylar Motorbikes.

This build is Taylars most detailed and labor intensive yet. The detail on this build exceeds all his previous builds. I knew it would be my last one so I spared no expense and drove Dan nuts with my plans. It was built to RIDE, not sit. She cruises like a Cadillac...

I designed the frame from the early Iver Johnson bent tank. I designed it with more balance and less cantilever. Dan chose the engine for reliability, ease and the way it would sit in the frame.

The frame is a deep drop loop and motor mounts are lugged into the frame and balanced by massive polished laser cut plates. Forks are early Indian style and upgraded Taylar heavy duty. Truss rods are actually larger for this build and welded to survive an apocalypse. Bars are full custom cross-braced.

Messinger seat is chocolate leather and was done by Heathers Leathers. Early Harley seat springs mounted on custom perch.

Lights are real carbide/acetylene that have been converted to 12V and are automatic.

Electric start (or kick if you ever need it) Push button under the seat.

The fuel tank took weeks to complete and is a work of art. 100% hand shaped steel with NO FILLER. Choke Pull and throttle cable runs THROUGH the tank.

Locking "Oil tank" houses the electronic connections and power switch.

Pedals function but serve no purpose

ALL cables custom made.

5 speed jockey shift with hand clutch.

26" Wheels with 11 gauge spokes, reinforced, super heavy duty tubes, zig zag 26 x 3 tires

Front and rear brakes.

Motor is a very reliable Honda CG150 clone. They are extremely easy to work on and will last forever. Parts are very inexpensive.

I have put on approx. 200 miles and have changed the oil 3 times (5 min of idle, 20 miles and 150 miles) using the best Synthetic. Wont need a change for a looong time.

Motor redlines at 8500 and should be capable of 90 MPH if you're stupid enough. She cruises at 50MPH/3500rpm and rides smooth. Magneto houses electronics underneath.

Exhaust is stainless and all custom. Sounds bad a**!

Items added for oh shi*! factor: nickel plated Harley oilers on tank, glass oil dripper on tank, 1930s speedo out of engine head, Magneto, early nickel fire extinguisher, Mobil oil can mounted in rear rack, early porcelain style motorcycle plate (numbers issued through DMV), early Harley brass petcock, 1915 Rolls Royce pump chain oiler, custom BB head badge, red acetylene hose connected to carbide lights as original, Keyed lock box on rear carrier.

I have included pictures of this build when it was completed for testing. As you can see, it has NO filler. Look at the welds...the best. This is the highest grade work you will find with tribute builds.

There is no other like it and you are sure to win shows! Hell, use it to commute to work!
