Description LANCIA INTEGRALE 16V 1990

Offered for sale is my much loved 1990 Lancia Integrale 16V. It was imported into the UK in 2001 and I bought it in September 2013. Since I bought it I have fitted it with a set of Intrax coiler shocks – these are not the race or track type but with a string rate similar to a standard Integrale so ride is still good. The engine has had the timing belt changed 16 months ago and the rear brake callipers have both been replaced. The suspension was also polybushed at the same time. Three months ago in the dark and with it raining the radiator blew up on the motorway – it started to misfire initially which much must have been water going over the ignition.  When I spotted the temperature being too high I stopped on the hard shoulder but by that time it had overheated. My garage stripped the head off – this was replaced with an excellent used one from Tanc Barrett and it was reassembled. However the engine now has very poor oil pressure – in my opinion it either needs a rebuild or replacing. The rest of the car is in excellent order. Gearbox and transmission is smooth without any untoward whines. And the body shell is excellent; it has had some repainting in the past I suspect because of faded paint. But there are no signs of any welding and no holes or other rust… Which is unusual. The car's spec is quite unusual – it does not have a sunroof or air con, or fog lights or ABS – it was a basic spec Integrale 16V. The lack of ABS and sunroof are rear advantages in my opinion… The nearside bodykit just in from of the driver's door is cracked and missing a small section And the drivers seat has been stitched. The bolsters show a little wear but are not holed. Otherwise is pretty good inside with just a few dirty marks. The passenger door window motor needs replacing. I will be sorry to see it go and would have had it repaired but I have to reduce my car collection and need the money to fund a house restoration.

The car can be viewed near Ebbw Vale in South Wales – I am about 40 min from the Welsh side of the Second Severn Crossing. Please ring me on 0797 104 3290 to arrange a time to visit. And delivery is possible if my travel expenses are covered…

The successful buyer is required to pay a £500 deposit within 24 hours of the auction finishing and rest by by cash or bank transfer before the car is handed over. Paypal or bank transfer only for the deposit…
