mgb roadster LE project with mot For Sale

mgb le bought this in france still had uk plates on it and uk v5 sebt the v5 off to register and dvla said i need to register it using the v55/5 form but its still on there sytem and moted on the original uk plate so not shore whats going on there? though i have put it through the nova system and dvla sent me back a copy of the v5 plus comes with loads of history paper work.
it has new roof  4 new tyres new brake pipes through out new master cyclinder new wiper motor new wiper blades new ignition lock new carpets (not fitted).
paints not brilliant but ok and carbs could do with a clean/tune.
got to many projects on so something has to go.
