Description 1983 HONDA CB750F ONLY 45687mls BARN FIND SPARES OR REPAIRS CAFE RACER PROJECT?

normal">1983 Honda CB750F Barn Find Spares or
Repairs.

normal">Hi, Thanks
for looking. This is a ten day spares or repairs auction with no reserve and
no buy it now price. I only advertise my bikes on eBay and I will not stop
the auction for any reason so you can bid with the confidence that only the top
bidder will win this motorcycle. Please read my terms of business below.

normal">This CB750
was last taxed in 2005 since then it has been stored in the back of a barn. It
has had just six owners from new. Know it's grimy and dusty and the paint is
pretty horrible but it's actually not in bad condition considering how long
it's been sitting about. The saving grace is that it's straight and pretty complete
bar air filter and exhaust although the one that's on it is solid. I have not
tried to start it but all the gears select and it's got good compression when I
rocked it forwards in gear.

normal">This would
make a great project to either restore or as a starting point for a cafe racer.

normal">Have a good
look at the pictures for best indication of its condition and ask any
questions.

.0001pt;line-height:normal">You are welcome to come and have a
look for yourself, by appointment.  I
am happy to e-mail pictures direct to your own e-mail address so that you
can see greater detail and I am more than happy to answer any questions you
have to the best of my knowledge. I
describe all my bikes as accurately as I can and do my best to notice as much
detail as possible whilst I am cleaning them. I ride all bikes that
are being sold as runners before I list them to make sure
they ride as they should or as per the description. When you buy
a bike from me you are welcome to have a mechanic check it over
before you collect.

line-height:normal">All my auctions run for 10 days. I
always run my auctions to the finish unless there is a buy it now price
displayed.

.0001pt;line-height:normal">I have my own pick up so I may be able
to help with local deliveries for a
fee.

.0001pt;line-height:normal">For deliveries that are a little further afield, I can recommend
a very professional motorcycle courier who's delivery costs are more than
reasonable (phone number on request) or you can get a free quote from Shiply
(it’s a web site a bit like eBay where courier companies bid for your delivery)
using this link.http://www.shiply.com/rf/TQIGW8UGLA/ I’ve had some customers who have used the site and
have been very pleased with the results.

line-height:normal">I’m in South Devon

line-height:normal">I am located in beautiful sunny South
Hams in Devon close to Plymouth, Exeter and Totnes, so handy for trains or
Exeter airport. The roads are twisty and scenic, so why not collect and
make a weekend of it. Ride stunning coastal roads or head up on to the
moors and end the day with a good meal and a few pints of Jail Ale at the Plume
of Feathers in Princetown (there’s camping and a bunk house if you over do it!)
Head for The Camel and discover the vineyard that beat the best Champaign to
hold the title for the world’s best sparkling rose.  Don’t go home without
a mega brunch at Cap’n Jaspers on the Barbican in Plymouth, loved by bikers, sailors, later-nighters and, er, pirates!? Spend an
evening in great company, alfresco at The Winking Prawn in Salcombe or
spend a lazy afternoon at The Oyster Shack in Aveton Gifford. Of course there
are cream teas, pasties and some brilliant British surf. Great gastro
pubs, beer and loads of B&B's. Most importantly you’ll find a
welcome from all the bikers in Devon and Cornwall which has the highest density
of motorcycles per capita in the UK!

line-height:normal">I’m a Trader.

line-height:normal">I am selling as a TRADER (this differs
from a DEALER: I do not have a retail premises) with 24 years' experience in
the trade. I managed a BMW dealership since 1999 (UK's favourite dealer 2006/7
RiDE Survey). Previous experience in a multi-franchise and a
London Harley Davidson dealer.

line-height:normal">Contact Me.

line-height:normal">Please remember: if you would like to
view the bike by appointment or want to ask any questions, please feel free to
eBay-mail me anytime or you can call me on 07912 644765 up to 8.00pm
weekdays and not before 12.00 noon on Sundays.

line-height:normal">Terms of Business.

line-height:normal">Payments by bank transfer or cash
on collection only. Please aim to complete the transaction within 7
days. I'm happy to store for a week or two if it's paid for.

line-height:normal">Winning Bidder.

.0001pt;line-height:normal">Please make contact within 24 hours of
auction end to confirm you are a genuine buyer. If I have no contact within 48
hours I will offer the bike for sale again.

line-height:normal">Please play by eBay rules, I'm sure
you would expect me to do the same.

line-height:normal">Thank you very much for looking. Good luck.

normal">Pete
