I am delighted to offer for sale this lovely little 1967
3-door Morris Minor. If you’re looking for a reliable, usable everyday
runaround that’s nice and presentable, then this is most likely the car for
you! This is a really great example of one of Britain’s favourite cars – charming
looks, combined with simple mechanicals, means that the Moggy was a big hit for
almost two decades. It’s cheap to insure for everyone (including youngsters –
the Morris Minor Owners Club will be able to supply details for a cheap
insurance scheme).

The car has 12 months MOT, with no advisories on the
last test (January 13th 2018), and is of course tax exempt, so is
ready to drive away once insured! It's in great running order. The car has
passed through several enthusiast owners, and has been kept in a good, running order.
Structurally the car appears to be nice and solid, having had plenty of panels (jacking
points, outriggers, spring hangers, sills, etc) replaced over the last few
years. – the floors, spring hangers, chassis legs, sills etc all appear to be
nice and solid. The car hasn’t had loads of underseal splattered all over, so
you can see everything that’s been done.

Bodily, the car is nice and straight too. The doors all shut
nicely with a nice ‘thunk’. However, it’s not a spotless show car – there are
some small areas of bubbling but nothing to worry about, nothing has broken
through the paintwork. To all intents and purposes, this is a healthy, reliable
car that could be put into regular use without worry. It’s a true classic car
that hasn’t been over-restored and lost its identity and sense of history. The
wings etc are all nice and solid (all steel), and spot-welds are still visible
on the roof gutters – no filler there!

The interior is very original and is in good order. It’s
nice to see a car that hasn’t been messed around too much!  New carpets recently fitted which are
spotless, and the seat covers are in excellent order Headlining is remarkably
good, as are the door cards and dashboard.

Mechanically, the engine starts and runs very healthily
indeed. The brakes (along with the handbrake) work fine and the wheels lock up happily
under heavy braking, just as they should. The gearbox is nice and smooth with
no crunches in between gears, and it doesn’t jump out of gear either. The rear
axle doesn’t whine. It rides very well, thanks to telescopic shocks and new
leaf springs being fitted at the rear. There are no nasty bumps or rattles like
you often get with unkempt examples.

As stated above, there is absolutely nothing to worry about
with regard to structure – and this is usually the sticking point with these

This is a bargain price for a fantastic car which attracts a
great deal of attention wherever it goes. Obviously it’s not a concourse car
but it’s tidy and very usable indeed, and won’t be requiring any significant work for a long long
while. You’ll be able to see that for yourself when you come to view.

Please take your time looking through the photos – I am not trying to hide anything from prospective buyers, like the vast majority of people on eBay these days. Just check my feedback, and you’ll see that I’m a completely honest seller. Do remember that there is no substitute for coming to see the car yourself.

I strongly recommend viewing the car if you plan to buy. I've described it as well as I can. It is sold as seen with no warranty because of its age, and it must be inspected before you hand over any money. All funds must be cleared before the car can be taken away. UK BIDDERS ONLY, PLEASE!

The car must be collected from my home in Chorlton, Manchester, M16. If you have ANY questions – please ask them BEFORE buying.

I can potentially arrange delivery by trailer at extra cost, but again, the car must be inspected before you pay me.
