1964 Corvette Convertible For Sale

local private owner is selling a red 64 corvette convertible.........car is being sold locally and I do not have an agreement to buy or sell from the owner.
However, if you want a nice car that he says the numbers match.....here is your chance.
Here is what I offer:
1.  you buy it now with price listed
2.  I call the owner to say I want to drive it and have it checked out ( I have his number and car was available as of yesterday 12/30/16
3.  If he has the car, I drive it and buy it for you
4.  If car is sold, I transfer you all of your money back to your paypal minus any transfer fee...............don't think paypal charges any? but you can check
5.  If you want the car inspected, you will have to pay me 500 dollars to have car checked to make sure numbers match and make sure it is what you want.  if you decide you do not want the car, you get back all of your money minus the 500 dollar fee.
6.  If you want the car, I buy it from the owner, you will have to arrange shipping  and I will help if I can
7.  Buyer will be responsible for any taxes or other fees
