Description 1979 Suzuki GS 850 Custom Bobber

Up for sale to be someones self-indulgent and adrenaline pumping Christmas present as it was my Birthday present last year is my 1979 Suzuki GS 850 shaft drive.
Custom rebuild complete with chassis chop to become one helluva Bobber.
This bike owes me over $12'000! However due to financial and time restraints (and possibly a HR wagon) it's time to let her go to the next thrill seeker.
The rebuild was completed by a retired aircraft engineer and then the engine was rebuilt by Wayne at Pro Power Yamaha on Lawrence Dve, Nerang. Give him a call, he can tell you all about the massive amount of work done. The motor has a year warranty that goes with the bike but if you know these machines they're damn near unbreakable.
She just came back from a service and new set of coils and is near take off!
Custom exhaust and pod filters make everyone within km's break their neck to see her coming.
She sucks air like Darth Vader!
There are a couple very minor things to be done, the left mirror fell out and needs replacing, a bit of paint could be thrown on the engine block in places, the seat could do with some nicer foam.
All in all this bike is in fantastic condition and is amazing to ride, the power for it's age is really thrilling and sometimes petrifying! The bike is a classic which will only increase in value with time, if you have the money, love and time I'd sincerely suggest you consider this weapon.
NOT for the faint hearted!
* I have her for sale elsewhere and reserve the right to sell her elsewhere if Ebay doesn't come up with what she's worth. If you know these bikes you know what she's worth now and how it'll just increase. I am willing to ride her to the GC for a show and tell at some stage, I'm located in the Tweed valley.
