For aution here is my right hand drive Australian delivered 1980 Chevrolet C20 3/4ton pickup.

dyno-tuned at 290 rwhp, has new MSD digital ignition, all new front assecories(including a/c compressor should you wish to fit a/c) new gm performance serpentine kit, new thermos and relays just fitted.
6 speed manual tremec t56 rebuilt in August last year by Sams Diffs and Gears uses Mal Wood short shifter, CRS bellhousing and Yella Terra flywheel with new clutch and custom crossmember and still runs the commodore concentric slave and master cylinder that the chev pedal assembly has been moddified to work with.14 bolt corporate diff open centre 4.56:1 gears
Floorpan has been slightly moddified to fit gearbox,  rust repaired, painted and has all new sound proofing, underlay and carpet fitted. Comes with new scuffplates, they just need to be fitted. Bench seat is in good condition as seen in pics. Doorcards and paint on dash is in average condition but usable. No radio. The Classic Instruments guages seen in pic are NOT included will come with standard cluster and surround or I can provide the customized surround pictured for you to fit your own guages. Wiring need a tidy up, but everything works. Window dimister, which also serves as a heater, is on a toggle switch otherwise there is no A/C.
Paint is in average condition, as seen in pics. Two small bubbles in paint behind drivers side rear wheel, one bubble in front of drivers door, rust bubbles along seam in the top of the door jams both sides, no other visible rust. Vehicle has been painted some time in its life, more than ten years ago but has been used by me (5yrs self-employed welder) as a daily driven work vehicle, and also by the previous owner in his scaffolding business for a few years. The roll bar, tye down rails and also a rear carrybar that is not pictured but is included, are bolted on and can be removed but the slot the rear bar fits into is cut and welded into the rear of the bed.
Vehicle has been lowered 4inches in the front and 6.5inches at the back. Rear is a diff flip with firestone helper airbags to stop the diff from bottoming out on the chassis. Airbags can be raised and lowered manually, with no air in them, the diff is about 1/2 inch from the chassis unloaded. Front is cut springs and is resting slighly on the rubber stops which makes it a bit bouncy. I do have lowering springs and drop spindles that will sit it at the same height but have not fitted them yet. The chassis has NOT been modddified in any way. Also in the last 15000kms, I have fitted new Rancho adjustable shocks in the front and Peddars shocks in the rear, new bottom ball joints, new idler arm, new pitman arm, new upper control arm bushes, new front discs and pads, new rear drums and shoes, rear spring bushes, and new body mounts.
The wheels are American racing Venturas and have 285/70/r16 tyres with lots of tread left. Exhaust is twin 2 1/2inch stainless steel with H-pipe, 2 flowmaster mufflers, 2 three inch hotdogs, and 3inch dumps infront of the rear wheel. I'm told everywere that it has 'the note' everyone strives for and few people acheive, infact most people think it has a big block in it by the sound. Has new headlamps and a HID kit with 6000k bulbs.
Selling as I no longer need a ute for work and I wanted a 4x4 for play, so I have just purchased a Landcruiser with a big block in it and this is now surplus. Remember it is a 35year old vehicle. This has been my daily driven work vehicle for my welding business and has been well maintained with plenty spent on it. Really it just needs bodywork to make it a schmick truck. Or else it will make a perfect shop truck or advertisement vehicle. Toolbox is NOT included. I have the rest of the LPG system for those who want dual fuel. On PULP I get 16l/100kms on the highway and about 25-30l/100kms about town unless I hoon around then it becomes truly expensive to run. I have taken this truck all up and down the highway from Adelaide to Newcastle.

If you want a well sorted truck for work and play with a heap of recent work, you're looking at it.040eleven89507I will be interested to trade straight or with cash up or down for either a tilt slide tow truck or a 10-15year old 6-8ton truck of similar value or an older 6-8ton truck with recent work that will take my 19foot tilt slide bed that I have. Must be a good going truck, I'm not interested in a project truck.
