Description 1980 camaro z28

1980 Camaro Z28 - I bought this car in 2007 after returning home from my first of two deployments, as a project car for my dad and I. I'm happy to say that we have many memories rebuilding this beast together. I would love nothing more than to keep it and finish what we started but times are tough and bills don't stop. This is a truly great car that represents a very special time in my life so the decision to sell did not come easy. I can only ask that it goes to a good home and know that it's sale helped to start the next chapter in my life.

The Good The motor is a very strong 350. I had it professionally rebuilt, cammed and bored .4 over (less than 500 miles on the rebuild)
It has a Holley 4 barrel, dual pump carb - 750cfm.
Replaced the old heavy v-groove pulleys with serpentine underdrive pulleys.
Original radiator and fan got swapped for larger radiator with dual electronic fans for perfect temp control.
Added MSD Digital Racing Ignition, wires, plugs.
Added Power Breaks - for safety, the car has a lot of power and my mom insisted.
It has 3inch straight pipes by pypes.
The suspension is brand new less than 25 miles on it. Brand new JDS leaf springs, Monroe shocks, and traction bars - no rust at all.
The Interior is in amazing shape with new seats. There is a wiring harness and metal bay in the glovebox for a head unit but I removed mine.
The paint job is from 2007 and is still in great shape, but it does have a couple scratches.
Head Turner
American Muscle  The Bad The transmission is a Borg Warner Super T10 that I still have, but it needs to be rebuilt. I pulled the trans myself with the intent of rebuilding it with a different gear spec. but never actually got around to doing it. So the trans is currently sitting in pieces in a box.
As mentioned above the paint job was done in 2007 but it still has a couple small scratches. If you would like more info then what I outlined above feel free to contact me. This car overall is in really good shape and turns heads everywhere it goes. Even if it only goes to your garage. This car has never been in an accident and has never seen the rain. The chassis is even super clean if you can believe it. It's the cleanest car I have ever had the pleasure of being under. It has all the looks and torque you'll ever need.

Again, if you have any question - sevenzeroeight, fourfoursix, eightseveneightzero. Please call or text.
