Up for auction is my 1958 Desoto Firedome Coupe . Super Rare , and one of few left in existence now . Besides waiting over 10 years to find such a nice one to restore , the purchase price and import , endless research and years of chasing up rare parts , plus over $20k on Rare parts and restored items , if you can get your head around all that its a bargain . If you had a $50k or even $ 100k in your pocket there aren't any refurbed ones to buy nor have many even been done right , only 57s or 59s to buy .
If you are after a bargain , a 4 door , or "just" a forward look car , probably best to move onto the next car . If you want one of the wildest looking car ever made and love 58 Desotos then give me a call !
