G P Beach Buggy Short-wheel Base
Restoration Project
Believed to be one of the earliest examples of GP Beach Buggy Mk1 converted in the UK in late 60's / early 70's with a 1955 VW chassis, 10899476, with log book, tax exempt.
Ideal project - all parts removed, in boxes ready to be restored and assembled. Description as follows:
GP Beach buggy body all accessories removed ready for re-spraying.
Dashboard Windscreen
Fuel tank Roll Bar Bucket seats VW 1955 shortened chassis
All parts removed and boxed with front torsion bars attached (new floor pans required)
Engine and Gearbox included (condition unknown with beach buggy exhaust)
Wheels with extended rims + tyres (supplied poor condition)
6v wiring loom and brake lines required.
This will make an excellent project for an enthusiast, with most parts included. When completely restored it would make a rare example of a GP Mk1 Short wheel base UK Beach Buggy.
