First and foremost, this vehicle is a non-runner with no brakes therefore it needs trailering.or lifting.

You are looking at a fairly rare Trabant 601 S, this is the De Luxe model which comes with two tone paint originally.Overall the car is light beige with a pale yellow roof.
I bought this car a couple of years ago with the intention of restoring and running it but a change of circumstances means she has to go
It requires a fair amount of work including a patch of welding in the corner of the engine bay near the battery tray, fairly common I think if piles of wet leaves are left there to rot!
The car does run and move in all the gears and is complete including the fuel tank which being a De Luxe has a gauge!!!
The car has at some time had a small shunt in the nearside rear corner, but I am sure this could be easily rectified, a new rear light assembly is included as are the badges and a front bumper end.
The car is NOT UK registered and has been in the country for several years
It is fitted with the usual standard Trabbi towbar.
The front bumper has a kink in the centre but I am sure this could be straightened easily and will be covered by the number plate anyway
I have bought all new brake parts for the car which are available under separate negotiation, if required
The car will need trailering and the brakes are stuck but the car will roll with a shove, and I will be able to help load the car


Cash on collection is preferred but cheques are ok after clearing of course
