1970 MORRIS MINOR 1000 TRAVELLER
This classic right hand drive Morris was first registered in Sunderland, England on May 1st,1970  It was stored by its first owner in his barn in 1980. There it remained until it was purchased by an enthusiast in South Wales who restored the car, completing it in 2000. This restoration included new panels and chassis members underneath and complete new wood work. It is still structurally perfect and in excellent condition underneath.The upholstery and carpets were done as well and remain in very good condition. I have a number of pictures taken during the restoration which show the thoroughness of the project.
The Morris was subsequently imported to South Carolina where I purchased it in 2009 and brought it to Canada. It has received tender loving care for six years and has always been stored indoors in a heated garage shared with several other British cousins ( Jag,Bentley,AC Cobra,Mini et al)
I have original Drivers Handbook plus shop manuels.
The car is in overall very good condition.....it is not a trailer queen, and has some paint imperfections but looks as new from 20 feet but it is an exceptionally original and good working collector car that shows light usage and will delight for years to come.
