Mk 2 Jaguars for sale:
Easy
restoration project: Health issues force sale:
Unfinished project consisting of a 1963 Jaguar MK 2 3.4
Auto – (body restoration complete, mechanical restoration 98% complete) plus a
98% complete 1962 MK 2 3.8 litre auto as a donor vehicle.
To be sold as a
package:
1963 Jaguar MK 2 3.4 Auto.
The vehicle is 99% complete but bumpers, bright work, trim,
& glass are currently dismantled. Mechanical rebuilds are 95% finished and
the vehicle is driveable.
All rust removed & new panels fitted. All body repairs
professionally completed. (Receipts for $09,600 available) Body now in high
build primer and ready for duco in a colour of your choice.
Engine fully rebuilt including accessories ie: SU Carbs,
Generator, Starter (Receipts available) Auto transmission serviced and checked.
Re-tensioned rear springs and new Boags Shocks fitted.
Brakes reconditioned (Discs require machining) New VH Booster
Front end assembly stripped bushes & rubbers replaced
where necessary. New front Pedders gas shocks. New exhaust engine pipes and
muffler. Requires intermediate & tail exhaust pipes
Extensive restoration receipts totalling $21,600 from previous owner detailing panel work, component rebuilds & parts:
Uncompleted tasks required:
Brake discs require machining. Requires exhaust
intermediate and tailpipes. Diff pinion seal needs replacing.  Requires re-trim & fitting (current trim
is Ambla but should be part leather), wood work plus duco.

Jaguar 3.8 litre Auto (Donor Vehicle):
Around
98% complete. Rough body & trim but strong 3.8 litre motor. Auto needs
attention as well as brakes. Woodwork complete in reasonable condition and
easily restorable. Substantial rust in most panels but the bright work
including bumpers etc are in excellent condition. Some bright-work missing from
front and rear glass.
Payment  by cash or bank cheque. I don’t have a PayPal account.  EFT direct debit only after inspecting the vehicles and placing a deposit.
